WHAT CAN I DO?!?!?!

Please help! I really want people to come and join my website. Only two members off of here came. How can I get more people to go to my website www.bediscovered.webs.com Will you go and join? PLEASE!!! 
It's really fun all I need is more members, so that the forum will have lots of posts so will the guestbook. Also, everyone will have fun, because I'll add stuff that you want me to.

I'm not sure how you could get more members. Maybe you could tell the members you have to tell their friends about it. That might get more people.
